INNOVA31, S.C.R.S.A. is a venture capital company incorporated in 2001, its goal is to promote and to support new entrepreneurial projects through the investment of capital in return for a participation in the new company

INNOVA31, S.C.R.S.A. is not simply an investor of capital, INNOVA31, S.C.R.S.A. will help the entrepreneur in achieving his/her corporate goals by providing all support and services required by the new company to be a success; these services include management advisory, strategy definition, access to different financial resources, etc. We will succesfully support the new company in all strategy and management issues by guaranteeing the involvement of the highly experienced and qualified members of our Board of Directors, management team and shareholders.

INNOVA31, S.C.R.S.A. operates under authorization, supervision and control of the Spanish Stock Exchange National Commission and the Spanish Department of Economic Affairs. Registry number : 56.
